Location: Phinney Ridge, Seattle.
Project consisted of removing old deck and disparate landscaping. First item was to rebuild the deck with Azek composite decking and TimberTech railing. The decking structure was constructed using 6″x6″ posts with a 6″x8″ beam, offering both better structural integrity and a simple, modern look.
The patio was constructed with Abbotsford’s flagstone paver “Copper Canyon”. Bordering the patio on the north is a Roman Pisa block wall w/ cap.
